At VeloPlaylist, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering a reliable and smooth experience. To ensure our services meet your requirements, we encourage users to take advantage of our trial offer before purchasing a subscription.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Purchases made within 30 days of the transaction are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • If a technical issue originates from our side and remains unresolved within 72 hours, we will either issue a full refund or resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

  1. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds or partial refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with the available playlist or content selection.

  • Deciding to switch to a different provider or service.

  • Refusal to follow or implement troubleshooting solutions suggested by our support team.

  • Our service is limited to providing playlists. Customers are responsible for selecting and using a compatible application capable of running servers and M3U playlists. While we may offer guidance and recommendations, we do not own or control third-party applications or their pricing structures. Failure to locate a free application does not qualify for a refund.

  • The 24-hour trial package is strictly non-refundable.

  • Customers who have already used a 24-hour trial and later request a refund after purchasing a subscription will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.

  • Customers requesting a refund before allowing our team 72 hours to investigate and resolve a reported issue will only be eligible for a 50% refund.

  1. Refund Processing Charges

Please be aware that administrative and processing fees may apply to refunds. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount before the refund is issued.

  1. Refund Processing Period

Refund requests are typically completed within 20 to 31 business days for payments made by credit or debit card. In certain situations, payment providers may require additional processing time, which can extend up to 90 days. VeloPlaylist cannot be held responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

  1. Playlist and Streaming Issues

Occasionally, some channels or streams may experience buffering, freezing, interruptions, or temporary downtime. Our technical team continuously works to identify and resolve such issues. These interruptions may result from internet connectivity fluctuations, application or device configuration problems, ISP restrictions, server maintenance, system updates, or other technical factors.

  1. Compensation for Extended Service Interruptions

If a user is unable to access their subscription for 72 consecutive hours or longer due to server-related issues directly caused by VeloPlaylist, we may choose to:

  • Issue a full refund for the affected subscription package, or

  • Extend the subscription period by adding the lost time free of charge.

Additional compensation or bonus time may also be provided where appropriate and can be discussed with our support team.
